Hi All,
I have a couple of friends who are already members of TOG and I'm keen to join the fray and fun that is "The Older Gamers". I'm not really all that old. Is 33 old? I don't feel old. Although i did have my birthday two days ago and it went by without a huge party. Is that a sign of "getting old"? If it makes a difference, I am planning a 33.3 recurring party in December, which I think has more significance.
The friends I alluded to earlier are changer and ness (not sure of her forum name) and we're likely to play everquest 2 for the most part, although i'm also partial to the odd FPS and the resource management genre. I've sometimes thought about re-investing in Red Alert 2, just to hear some of the cheesy one liners and the telstra coils arcing up. Ah, those were the days.
I currently live in Sydney and until recently lived in Melbourne for the past 8 years, which was a nice change from growing up in Brisbane.
Oh, and I've read the AUP and forum guidelines, so now i know not to post spam promoting my new exercise video "6 Minute Abs" available on DVD, VHS and Beta.

Seriously though, they make good common sense to me and wouldn't have these rules any other way.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you soon.
Kind Regards,
K.M. Kaine
