Hi there,

My name is Jason (Tinypocket). I am almost 28 years old. I'm a single full time dad, going to school full time, with a part time job. What I love doing in addition to my already busy life is gaming. I enjoy every aspect of gaming and am quite interested in continuing my gaming experience. Recently I have been rather disheartened with the online community because of people who are slightly younger than me in age but larglely more....how should I say....hyper than me by far. When I put my kid to bed, I did not want to deal with more kids online. Gaming time is sacred to me as I have very little time to do it. Its one of my top passions in life and I'm looking to regain my modivation to play online games again. I miss the days of playing with a group of friends who would act in a mature manner and just go in to have a good time.

You have a list of popular games on the FAQ. I find some on there that need dusting off and some I have never heard of. I enjoy all types of games. My main focuses are in MMORPGS (WoW, Guild Wars) and RTS games (Faces of War is great if you haven't tried it!).

My gaming experience goes all the way back to the Atari 2600. My MMO experience started with Meridian 59 (I'm an oldie when it comes to MMOs). My list of MMOs played is too long to list. I have played every single MMO up until DAOC when a new MMO would pop up every month. All of the popular ones I have played though. (UO, EQ, DAOC, Eve, SWG, WoW, etc.)

I have read the AUP and the FAQ (link to the AUP in the FAQ needs updating hehe) and couldn't be happier with what I read. This sounds like exactly what I need to get involved with the online community again. I appriciate you taking the time to read the rambling and I hope I can talk with you all again soon.

Let me be the first to welcome you to TOG Jason. I am sure an admin will be along soon and TOGerise you were you will have access to all the goodies in the forums when it comes to games. An MMO you might like to try out is EVE Online which there are a few of us playing.
