Application for Entry Visa
G'Day,
Well after a few days of attempting to connect to the site, I figured it was time to read the Manual. And wolla, light has dawned on marble head. Would have helped if I also read the Email properly, nether-the-less I am here now, after reading the appropriate Guidelines & AUP. A mate from work known to togers as BetterOfDead put me on to you guys so hopefully this is accepted and I can join in the Fun. I have read the necessary Rules of Engagement, Etiquette (hopely that still exists somewhere) and agree to all and sundry. (Is there somewhere I can place my X ) I have just turned 36 and after getting hammered again by 13 yo's with cat reflexes in Day of Defeat: Source figured its time to find a more level gaming field. Also sick of 'Little Brats' with no sense of ettiquette and basically no idea, acting Ninja's like in WoW. Been playing game since atari, and pinball machines were the rage. Galaga, Ghost & Goblins & Guantlet are the favourite oldies, which I occassionaly relive these days with mame. Currently playing World of Warcraft, DoD: Source and Counter Strike / Half life at times (basically the Blizzard & Source games), over the years Starcraft, AoE and various similar stregtegy games have keep me glued. Anyone remember Warmonger on the Amiga, that was awesome ! I work in the IT industry and been using PC's since the Vic20 -> Commodore 64 -> Amiga 500 -> Amiga 1200 -> Then PC Hell (irq's, dma, and io) -> PC Niceness (put card in that slot and now you can use it) Support Databases & Web Sites so the varity at work is good, and keeps me interested. So have become an Expert at all, and Master off nothing. Anyway hope to be "Tog'erised" Soon Mark |
