Intro to rabs
I have read and agree to both the AUP and FAQ.
Im 37 & married but with no children as ive taken advantage of the 10 year difference between my wife & I. However the pressure is increasing & children are now becoming imminent. Hence 1 more big trip for the 2 of us. We have just commenced a 2 & a half year adventure. Due to my passion for travelling ive had quite a varied career. Ive worked in a metallurgical & environmental lab. Worked as a trade waste officer. Construction. Worked & managed a pub and for the last 5 yrs ive worked investigations at HSBC bank. For the next 6 months or so, im a kept man, while my wife works in Banff(roles will be reversed in the EU) Hence my sudden interest in online gaming, for those days when i just cant get out of the house and onto the slopes. I dont really know anything about online gaming, not even the lingo! so please not to many accronymns. Ive played games since the early 80's but have not ever tried online. Initially this was due to expense, i couldnt afford the setup, internet etc. I got into strategy games as they tested the mind & gave great value for money. My favourite game is the Total War series. Im sure i could find those sort of battles online but i also love the micro management. Can this be found online? Other games that i really enjoyed over time & are probabliy played online are, Mech Warrior, 007 Golden eye, splinter cell, jaggard alliance & Halo. Any help with generes etc & technical details ie pc setup, internet connection etc would be appreciated. rgds rabs |
