TOG - The Older Gamers

Hello All.

I am Rob aka Wolfbane from Newcastle NSW, I am 38 years old and after playing on the TOG Call of Duty 2 server I must say it was a pleasant change to play with some mature and competitive like minded players.

I have been involved with gaming in many forms from consoles way back to the Atari 2600 and computers with the likes of the Commodore C-64. Once a month I get together with a group of friends for a "old mans" lan where we catch up and generally have a great time shooting the heck out of each other.

I would like to apply to become a member of TOG, the game I am most interested in id Call of Duty 2. I have fully read both the AUP & FAQ and understand and agree to abide to the both of them.

I am also currently a NWN and Teamspeak server admin for Exetel Gaming Network and I have noted that there is an TOG channel on the Exetel Teamspeak server, if anyone from TOG using that channel requires the assistance of an admin please don't hesitate to come and say hi to me.

Oh yes Commodore 64 I remember waiting for hours for that dam tape to load.

After havin' a run around with ya on our server tonight I'm not sure that we should let you in since you killed me so often!!

J'K M8! An admin should TOGerise ya soon enough, then visit the CoD forums and post up a hello in the FoxHole forum so everyone can say hi. see ya soon.

And it's good to see a COD2 server that plays headquarters along with other game types.

Again, a great gaming community you have here guys and I dare say I will be playing a fair bit on the server as well as telling my friends about the TOG server (a couple more old men)

May need a little help in regards to putting up the coloured TOG tag on my name ingame as I am a bit of a newby in respect to that so any assistance would be appreciated.

I'll have a poke around the forums sometime later today and I will more then likely see some of you ingame again later tonight.
