TOG - The Older Gamers

Hi guildies!

My name is David but I go by Domiel. I'm 49 yrs old and I have read the AUP and FAQ.

I started playing WoW at the beginning of the year and my character is 44th level which should give you some idea of how much I play (mostly on weekends.) My primary toon is a female undead warlock named Urmaiden and my secondary is a male troll hunter named Fleshstalker.

I started RPG's in 1976 when D&D first came out. A friend of mine got the box set and later the Blackmoor and Greyhawk supplements. I was hooked immediately and have played ever since. Alas, nowadays that's about twice a year when I go home on vacation.

For now I live at Stanford, CA where my wife is a grad student. I have a 19 yr old who is a sophomore in college and a 7 wk old who doesn't sleep through the night yet. Long story....

I am a therapist at the VA working with veterans of the war in Iraq who have PTSD. So I really enjoy working up a sweat on my bicycle or escaping into some WoW when I get off.

Before WoW, I've played Myth and Diablo. I play my computer games on a G4 Mac. WoW is my first MMORPG.

My favorite TV shows are Battlestar G, Heroes and Lost.

Welcome to TOG David, your application is perfect and one of the admin should be along soon hopefully to TOGerise you. This will give you access to the rest of the forums of course so you can look at what other games TOGer's are playing.
