I have posted in the "Spitfire Forums" and when I return it shows no post(I MEAN NO POST EVER) have been posted to that forum.

Am I doing something wrong on the TOG Forums???

Help me out please. I am just trying to get a friendly game on my server or yours.

Is there a problem with your server(forum)or am I doing something wrong with my post??

I post in untold number of other sites with no problems like this.

Butch usually stuff like that is a result of not flushing the cache in your Web browser. Internet Explorer is notorious for doing stuff like that. Especially with the amount of PHP code this web site now uses, stuff like that can easily happen.

To flush your cache, go to Options, Internet Options, Delete Files, quit and reload your browser and try and access the subforum again and the problem is likely to have disappeared.

Also, check your account settings to see if it is set to show all posts in a forum. Even I got caught out at the last major upgrade to the website where joining a forum defaults to a limited view of all the posts in a forum. Sensible default given the thousands of messages which are mostly archived off after a few years rather than deleted.
