Application
Good day (or night) to everyone!
I'll start with the bad news, I am not 25 years old (24, birthday is in August). Dispite this set back, I saw no reason not to atleast apply. On to the good news! I love to play games, almost any type of game really. To me, it is the people I play with that make the game enjoyable, and not really the game itself. I am really more interested in making a group of friends that I can relate to and enjoy having fun with then just a guild to say I belong to (reading the FAQ proves it to me). At the moment, I'm interested in playing Planetside once again. I attempted to play EVE, WOW, GuildWars and a few others but they just never sit right with me... seems to be too much of a grind fest and not enough "get the boyz, wir goin STOMPIN!" type game I'd rather play. I do, unfortunately, tend to become bored easily if the people I play with focus too much on one thing in a game. WOW for example - Leveling and Dungeons... numerous guilds I played with would run the same dungeoun over and over for weeks. While some would find that fun (power to them if they do), I find it too much of a drull. One thing I never tire of is helping my friends. If a buddy wants to gain that one last level before he/she goes off, I'm happy to help (so long as it doesn't take 5-6 hours). I have a fiance who I love dearly, but I demand as much of her attention as she does of mine. To make a long rant shorter, thanks for reading, hope to atleast chit-chat with you folks and have a gooden'! |

cant say that they will let you in. they are pretty strict on the age thingy.
then again i could be wrong  points for trying

Welcome to TOG! Sorry about the age rule, but there is no give there. However, most TOG groups do have ways for non-TOGers to play with them. For example, with North American Battlefield 2 we use an open Teamspeak server and you could join with us on any public server by using game-monitor,com or even Xfire. Some of the TOG forums should be accessible by non-members and could seek this information in those public forums.

Hello. I'm the DC for Planetside.
As stated above, we do have a public channel on out TS server that you can access when playing with the TOG folks. I also have a couple outfits I can recommend to you that TOG does play with consistantly. Send me a PM for details. In the meantime, your birthday is just a few months away. TOG is worth waiting for, trust me. I've seen folks come back months later to complete their application.
