Application to join TOG
Hello all.
I`ve read what needs to be read, and would like to join the community. Female gamer (yes we exist) - and been playing games for a long time. I am not really into fastmoving fps, but rather hoping to meet up with you lot in some of the new MMORPGs coming out. Darkfall, LoTro etc. Played World of Warcraft (1.5 years), an old Mac-only game called Clanlord (7 years), and still playing Ultima Online (4years). Tried D & D online and Shadowbane as well, although both were short visits. Enjoy adventure games and some strategy like Civ, but ever since I discovered MMORPGs I play less. Timezone might pose a challenge, I`m in Norway, Europe. GMT + 1, but have successfully adventured with US folks during weekends previously. I am also interested in gaming as a field of study, be it narrative or socially, and enjoy reading up on the metagaming aspect. Academic, fulltime job, one teenage kid

Welcome to TOG! Don't worry about the timezone, I've met several European gamers in my short time here and it seems there are always a collection of Yanks and Aussies, myself included, that never seem to leave the computer.
