Friends waiting for prelim. email

I have friends that put in applications but they are still waiting for the email to finalize membership. Mine took no time but they r still waiting. Can anyone answer that question for me to relay to them?

Due to the TOG server changeover, applications will take a little longer. Patience young grasshopper.

Also, make sure they are using an email address that can receive TOG mail. Some domains, such as AOL do not accept membership emails from TOG because AOL classifies them as spam. Other domains, like Hotmail and Yahoo just put mail from TOG straight into the junk mail folder. So, they will need to check there.
