Default Rieve in WoW: a Membership request

Greetings,
I've done the required reading of the AUP FAQ and Forum rules regulations, very well done and quite acceptable. At 36 years old, it all sounds good to me.

Myst was the first game that started my hardware obsession. Before that I simply ran the games my computers could handle, starting back with the tapes that held old text games for my C64. Heck I wrote a couple games that filled the poor things memmory. Before that I spent many hours with the original apperback D&D books wishing I had friends to play with. (That was a joke.) BUT I digress and am spelling this al out backwards from the biginning of the Hardware nightmare. Myst. Ah give me a good puzzle any day. From that game and it's series, the hardware arms race was on, and I was not alone in it. My girlfriend of 13 years now was there and we played them together. Taking notes and taking turns driving the mousie pointer thingy. Well, 6 years or so ago, when I brought home Ever Quest, we tried it and thought it was grand. BUT with only one account and one computer, that was NOT going to work. So, spare parts and an exploding powersupply later, the Double Hardware race was begun. (Side note; Network connection sharing two Windows 98 computers on a dialup to play EQ, bad. Dont' try and zone at the same time.) Well the game grew, Luclin and the new models meant new Vid cards etc. Now we are in WoW and that was yet another upgrade. Well, at this point I've accepted the inevitable.

NOW, on to the games and characters. Yes I play games, and yes I am a character.

EQ was a long fun run that became more like a job, so we moved on. I had a Shaman at tht top end and loved it. There were some great challenges and many good friends.

WoW has been a hoot. I've maxed out a Horde Druid "Rieve" on Garona and an alliance Hunter "Fe" or Runetotem. I have some great 'In person' friends who I get together with on a regular bassis and hunt either the mains or some of thas many alts. Wed night is the group with my bro and sis and gf =) with Rieve, Thursday nights we get a few of the same and some other friends on Runetotem and bounce around alts.

Well, that should be enough for now. Hope to meet you all soon.

I'm the gf he's referring too, btw. Hopefully, that won't blow his chances for membership!
