TOG - The Older Gamers

Hi All,

I am 45 years of age and have read the FAQ, the AUP and the forum and server guidelines.

I live in Berry, NSW, about 2 hours south of Sydney and have a wife, 2 kids (10 & 13) and a host of dependent animals.

I mostly play the old Squad Leader Board game via email using VASSAL, and have a hand in the development of the VASSAL system. Got hooked on COD a couple of years ago, but it is barely playable any more due to Punkbuster errors and 'gamestate changed' errors. Have given it up as a bad joke and am trying COD2 instead.

Have noticed TOG around playing COD, have finally decided to join.

Yes, All three have caught my eye at different times.

My style of play is a little different to many - I'm afraid I am not into running around like rabid jackrabbits on speed. I like to take my time and also enjoy sniper duels.
