G'day TOG'gers

First off, I've read and understood/agree to, the FAQ's and AUP and the server/forum guidelines. I'm (/me sighs) 53 in physical years (not an indication of maturity! ).

I'm from South Oz and enjoy online gaming, mainly in Falcon 4.0 and BF2. I indulge in the former with the 87th Stray Dogs VFW but am still a loner when it comes to BF2.

Having finally resorted to searching the web for squads looking for new blood, I came across this site. It may be premature but I think this is gonna be the right place for me...

I'd like to join a BF2 squad for some serious (but fun) tactical combat. I don't have a lot of skill, but I'm a team player and eager to learn. I can't be online every night of the week, but if I make a committment, I stick to it.

I will drop into the Steam room when I'm able. I have DOD loaded, and it used to be a favourite shooter, but it got very frustrating sometimes with what I peceived as cheating (but was probably just a lack skill and SA)!

I'm thinking it might be worth a revisit with team tactics in the mix....

By all means mate, we play for fun even though we're entered in the Game Arena ladder. We have players from all over Oz and a Kiwi every now and then. Just getting a TOG DODS server setup in Melbourne mate so it should be sweet for you.
