Allow me to Introduce Myself: ImpactedColon
I have no idea how I never stumbled across this group before, but I am excited. I don't know how many times when I was knee deep in WoW that the level 60 main tank in UBRS turned around right before the General battle and said "Sorry guys, I gotta go. My mom says it's time for dinner."
And now to the perfunctories: (1) I am over 25 years of age; (2) I have read the AUP & FAQ; (3) I have read the forum/server guidlines. I am a 34-year-old lifelong dorkus malorkus with a wife and three kids--a 4-year-old son and twin two-year-old daughters (who I politely refer to as Loud and Louder). I work for a nonprofit in Washington DC and in my spare time write math books. My latest is the Humongous Book of Calculus Problems (Translated for People that Don't Speak Math), a mere two weeks old (and available at Amazon.com *cough*). You may also remember me from such books as The Complete Idiot's Guide to Algebra and such movies as Locker Room Towel Fight: The Blinding of Larry Driscoll. I used to be an avid WoW player--two level 60s, one Elven and one Undeadian--and did the CoH/CoV thing as well. Currently in the Lord of tehe Rings Online beta. I love me the MMOs but I get tired of the guilds full of 13-year-olds that demand 5 runs in Molten Core a week. Need grown-up friends...

Welcome to TOG!  If you ever decide to dust off WoW and play on the Runetotem server, I know a few people *winkwink* and can get you in. I can also talk CoH/V with you. (AND I can tell the difference between butter and I Can't Believe it's Not Butter.)
