Would like to join TOG - from a Old 'DOOM' player

Hi there,
Would love to join TOG, and after reading the AUP and FAQ and seeing what TOG is about in the FAQ, it seems that suits me to a tea. Especially reading the bit about mainly being at thome with the wife and kids and the need to destress is a must.
I am 30 years of age, with a young family ( wife and two boys 8 and 2).
I used to play DOOM years ago, dialing up my mates and having a blast. Had heaps of laughs and enjoyed the nature of the game.
After finally get a new wiz bang PC, first thing I did after speaking to my neighbour (who broght me onto this ) aka TOG Chesty, was buy Bf2, I am loving every minute of it. Going ok, current rank Lance Corp, and I either go in as a Med', Anti-tank or Special forces.
I get on about 3-4 nights a week and try to find the lowest ping to get on, usually 60-80.
Sorry for the waffle, just thought I would explain a bit who I am as I have played on line and received abuse from only one or two guys, that either do not want you to use the chopper or get in their tank etc.
PS I also am not to bad at flying the chooper ( Apache - I think it is)
Also play at work sometimes over the LAN COD2
