TOG - The Older Gamers

In some cultures I could have a child over 25, that's how old I am!

2. You have read the AUP & FAQ

Yeah, I read those, when I emerged from my boredom induced coma I continued my application.

3. You have read the forum/server guidlines.

I also read these, because I'm a stickler for procedure.

Now, a litle about me. Some guy I bumped in to in the street (his username is Gaping_MAW) told me that TOG was the hip place to be, he also told me there's be free ice cream, so I'm here for the ice cream ok? He also said something about a bunch of older gamers who had a similar philisophical outlook to myself who gathered together to play such games as CSS, DoD, CoH and Barbie Dress Ups Extreme Alpha 2, so I'm all over that.

Let me in already. Please?

EDIT: I should add that I'm in Australia, GMT +10 if that helps, I have known Gaping_MAW for far longer than I care to remember, but am willing to claim the contrary if that helps too.

He'd make a good addition to the FPS ranks of DOD. Somewhat more verbal than Fordp is, as you might be able to work out.

In the past we've used Scratch as a sniper vectoring tool.

Some of us have even speculated that he has a sense of humour.

I'm not sure what he means by this, but whenever we play FPS's I tend to spend a lot of time looking for the "Mystery Prize" that they tell me appears in every map..I die a lot to unseen enemies but they say that any prize worth winning is worth fighting for...
