Tandaar's Application to Join TOG
Howdy all!
I have read the FAQ, forum rules, and AUP, and wholeheartedly agree with all. A little about me: I'm a 35 year old married father of two (7 and 2 yr old) living outside Philadelphia in Wayne, PA. I've been a gamer since before middle school (does anyone remember saving and loading programs on a cassette recorder hooked up to your Radio Shack Color Computer II with 16K of RAM!?!) I have always loved RPGs and strategy games in particular, and played in text based MUDs, UO, EQ, EQ2, and now Guild Wars (where I plan to seek full guild membership in game). I also play Civ IV and occasionally Halo when I need an adrenalin surge, hehe. I have a very busy job releasing human vaccines to market, and am an officer with my church (can you say committee meetings?), so I have less time for gaming now than I would like. Finally, I have several local friends who have also just started playing Guild Wars and who have or are applying to TOG (molz comes to mind). I really like the idea of your guild and am impressed with what I've seen on the boards, so I'm hopeful that long term my association with TOG will span across games! For instance, I'd love to try Vanguard once it finishes beta  , and will definitely look for TOG there too.
