Application for TOG

Hi all-
I have read the AUP & FAQ, plus the forum/server guidelines. Also, I'm just about to hit the ripe old age of 32 (next week actually), which I believe makes me officially "old". Wife, kid, house, and all that responsibility of course.

Pacific/West Coast USA timezone (GMT - 8 ), typically online late evenings.

I'm an avid offline gamer, mostly on strategy stuff - Rome/Total War series, Civilization IV (the whole series has cost me vast tracks of free time since Civ I way back when), and whatever gets my interested at the moment. I started gaming playing Load Runner (dig faster!!!) on my Apple II+.

Lately I have been addicted to EVE Online, and spend most of my available gaming time there. I found out about TOG by randomly checking out the in-game profile of a player or two in a neighboring alliance, found the corp and the URL, and it struck my interest. I'm curious what the TOG - EVE community is all about, as I'd love to be part of a bigger gaming community, with perhaps switching corps in-game as well.
