Application
I've read the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy. I'm *cough*42*cough* years old.
 I'm married (10 years this year) with a 6 year old daughter. I started gaming on computers back in 1982 on an Apple IIe playing "Wizardry: Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord" and purchased the PC version as my very first PC game for my Compaq luggable PC with 640 megs of RAM (upgraded!) and 2 floppy drives. I've played Ultima Online since the day it was released and actually still play it 9 years later. Other MMORPG's I've played are Everquest (briefly), Asheron's Call (briefly), Lineage II (in beta), and Rappelz. I'm currently in the closed beta of Lord of the Rings Online and have it pre-ordered (because of the incessant taunting by Arep who has locked me into it by getting me the pre-order for my birthday, ffs!). I play Unreal Tournament (1st version) at work every day over lunchtime with about 12 other guys (this is condoned and encouraged by management). I have various other games under my belt as well, but don't play nearly as often as I used to because I usually want to spend time with my daughter instead. So, I'm a very casual gamer now, and based on what I've been told and what I've read, this is exactly the kind of guild I'm looking for. Cheers! Ping the Vile |
