To start with, you need to read the "how to join" post. It lists the steps for joining TOG.
Basically, you need to reply here stating that you have read all of the documents (TOG FAQ, AUP and the forum & server guidelines) located in the Barracks. You have already covered the at least 25 years old requirement. Once you finish that, the admins will review your application and notify you. Welcome again.
