Can you not cancel your old pre-order and then purchase the Warfare Pack?

There are some details knocking around somewhere of what are "early unlocks" and what may be "exclusive" to the pack. I am in a rush, but search this forum.

I also think it's the fletchte (<-sp?) ammo that is part of the pack not the DAO itself? I could be wrong there, but no time to check, I'll leave my ass hanging in the wind for someone else to kick if necessary!

I could, but looking at the deals available to me I'd be paying 8 euros for the privilege of what is potentially just early unlocks. I think there will be enough new stuff to occupy me until I get them anyway. Just hope it works that way.

I think was was wrong (suprise, suprise! ). I've just culled this from BF3's Origin page:

They may well have worded it loosely, but to me that reads as exclusive access to the Type 88, the Flechette Ammo for DAO and the Flash Suppressor. Day One un-lock of the DAO (i.e. everyone else can earn it through XP).
