    Thanks for the clarification Scoob!

I've been curious for some time now the difference between the roles, and how the TOG leadership works.

A great in-sight! This should be placed in the policy and procedure forum as it allows members a better idea of who to go to if a problem arises.

Leevers, we're actually going to put it up in the TOG FAQ, once Scoobs gets the time to actually do it

So, where does the TOG Ombudsman fit in? I know it only reports to Father or the head admin, but should you put a switch in there?

Admin wake up earlier than Moderators. A lot earlier: around about 4am.

They put on the kettle, poach a few eggs, then start the generator to get the site up for the day. If it's out of diesel, they'll wake up a mod to run down to the corner store and fill the jerry.

Admin are also the last to bed at night. Shutting down the site while we all sleep is a big job. First you have to CTRL+A, SAVE. That can take a while. They then make hard copies of all the new posts (in triplicate) and mail them off to Father in case of a Serious Crash.

It is Father's job to re-post all these items in their proper place if everything does go south, which is why he often hits people with sticks when they let the generator run out of diesel. Or leave the kettle empty. Or eat all the eggs.
