Today us admins are having a voicechat meeting on TeamSpeak to further work on the TOG structure going forward.

Looking forward to it, also looking forward to hearing people's voices, we been working so long together but don't really use voice.

I am sure some of them will have weird accents, a problem that luckily I do not have :p

Watch this blog for some scoop on the outcomes!

Well it's been a hectic week, with lots of things on the boil for the Admin team. We've been reviewing a number of our processes including the DC selection procedure and some documentation for the roles and responsibilities for Moderators and Admins.

We hope that the changes we apply will go further torward making the TOG experience more enjoyable for all, and aid in transparency in our decision making process.

On top of that we've had a number of divisional changes, with three new divisions coming on line in the next little while: Champions Online, Fallen Earth and Aion. Hopefully these will prove to be more great divisions within TOG!

Well, having taken over the Lead Admin role from Ryo, I have very big shoes to fill. I've only come back into "active" service as an Admin a couple of weeks ago after a stint away due to family and study commitments, so to fall into the Lead role has certainly had me hit the ground running.

Many things have changed in the way things are run from the Admin perspective while I've been away, and some excellent processes have been incorporated into our toolbox to make life easier, and more importantly, make our decisions more transparent and objective.

My intention is to continue running in the direction we have been going - more evolution than revolution - but there are a number of issues we need to nail down in process and task distribution first, and that's where I'm starting to put my efforts up front.

From there, we'll keep working down our list and hopefully the list will be growing slower than we can knock things out of it!
