TOG - The Older Gamers

I have finally found time to start building something at ashlann.com, a domain I purchased months ago.

I installed Drupal v6 on it today and have added various modules, some of which have proven to be frustratingly incomplete. I was intending to use this domain primarily to host photography and graphic design, but a working gallery module is hard to find!

I have installed a forum module, but again, the interface is... frustrating.

Well... how funny...

I went to have a quick look at the Ladder on the Game Arena site. Whilst doing this I just thought I would double check all those in the =TOG= Fremen Teamlist - actually I was also double checking that I wasn't still a squad leader.

Woops... I vaguely remember thinking that I would possibly not be playing Fremen any more... hhmmm could it be true... Am I truly...

It was a lovely day here in Perth today: my dad is in town for a few days on his way home from Singapore, so we took Jasmine down to a local beach (near Rockingham) - it's a beautiful natural headland with a lot of wild-life.

Our Moderator Liaison Administrator, Bumbee, has been fortunate enough to be shifting for his work to a fantastic new location. While this is great news, it means that he will have very little time to devote to TOG for the next few months, so he has decided to retire from active Admin status for the time being.

We thank him for all his efforts to date, and look forward to when we can staple his Admin wings back on again when real life settles down for him again!
