Nintendo E3 conference
Amazing presentation, lots of franchise reboots as I had expected.
The juicy bits: Wii: Zelda Skyward Sword Kirby Donkey Kong Country Metroid Other M Goldeneye Remake 3DS: Kid Icarus Resident Evil Metal gear Solid Assassin's Creed lot's of other stuff I was too slow to catch :p DS: Dragon Quest 9 Golden Sun Dark Dawn Did not expect anything that good, best conference so far in my opinion. Sony will have a tough time beating that :) EDIT: here's a pdf copy of the fact sheet given to the press, with a list of upcoming 3DS game titles http://www.mediafire.com/?qnatnnmmznh Amazing list of franchises on there :) |
Thanks mate, i only caught a small glimpse of it, hopefully it will be available in full somewhere on the net later on.
I think i am going to have to get me a Wii and a 3DS (if its out) this Christmas |
sweet, nintendo have a press site with all the info and trailers from the conference plus things like concept art and screenshots from games which were not shown at the conference
http://press.nintendo.com/E32010/ username: guest pass: nintendo really overloaded at the moment though, downloads keep stopping and whatnot. |

I love Donkey Kong country.
Looks like lots of fun coming our way :) |
I watched it live on G4 TV this morning.
Amazing presentation. I love that Nintendo is actually listening to the roar of their fanbase and giving us retro/remake titles wrapped up in new technology glory. I see several games on their list I already want NOW! But, and this is a good but, I'm afraid the 3DS is going to win "Best In Show" and the rest of the console makers are going to be playing "catch up" for the next several years...again. Nintendo owns the handheld market and they're definitely NOT letting go. I mean c'mon, who doesn't want to take 3D pictures? Wow....just wow. |
Just watched the conference in full - Very impressive, shame Zelda demo did not work out quite as smooth as they would of wanted but it is enough for me to buy a Wii and 3ds this Christmas
