Wii were hurt while getting fit | The Daily Telegraph

Honestly. Every game comes with warnings about making sure there is enough room around you and to warm up etc etc. Getting smashed in the face by a fellow player means you ignored this warning.

Dr Seidler recommended that people leave the house to exercise. "Using a Wii for exercise is better than nothing, but exercising in your living room, where there is not much space, is crazy," he said.

Golly....there goes the whole home gym, dvd, tredmill etc etc industry.

I have to have a chuckle at some people. It isn't the game..it's the people.

Personal responsibility.... don't blame the tool, blame the user!

I think reports like this are stupid. How many people are injured playing football or rollerskating or bike riding... or falling down the stars, falling out of bed.. being poked in the eye with a pencil and whatnot....a Wii just makes an additional way you could hurt yourself at home, but people do a good job of finding ways to hurt themselves without a wii...

LOL how true, but it is in some people’s nature to blame every thing else for their failing's but not there own stupidity.
