A proposal for TOG in bf2142 from AusClan

Sorry I don't know where I am actually meant to post this ?
I noticed TPG in bf2142 is seeming to be suffering in the Ladder, hence 5 losses so far... similar suffering with us at AusClan.
Damn 16 player maps and tier 2 unlocks lol.

Anyway, we pulled ourselves out of the ladder and re-entered with only 15 players and formed an A team with a B team to follow soon.

What my proposal is, that I feel will benefit you as well as us, is regular trainning basically like an ongoing scrim between both Clans.

Example like a Thursday 7:30pm every week.
1 week you select your map of preference and we both battle upon it, use it for trainning for our teams/squads etc and following week, we select our map and it goes back and forth. Of course sufficient time is given for the map of preference etc.

16 player map size too reflect the current GA LAdder etc.
We can make it either 10 per side or bump it up to max of 12 per side.

rest of the details can be sorted out if you feel this will suit your clan and can benefit from an ongoing Trainning Scrim if you like.

Hey guys, hey wolfweb, that be awesome.
As I said we will both benefit from it. And it is to be an ongoing dedciated scrim/trainning thing between both Clans, so we can have turns on practising tactics or overall team work on specific maps as explained above.
And with it ongoing I think it will help in many different ways.

Really looking forward to a response further.

Without pre-empting what he might say (it's his call), I think I could venture the view that Thursday's sounds fine but 7.30pm might be a bit early for most of us old farts (getting home from work, dinner, kids etc). Vulc will be along just as soon as he can to sort this for you mate.

Bascially though, we're all for it, we just need to work out the times a bit

Yes most of my clan members are 30+ some younger and work, school, kids etc etc we can change it too 8:30pm that shouldn't be a problem at all and might suit everyone then ?

Hello, yes, it looks like our team is keen to set something up for sure.

We can make a weekly scrim as proposed, however the early time is a concern for many. Is it possible to have a later start, around 8.30 onwards ?

Would you like to commence this ongoing trainnin between us as of next Thursday 22nd March ?
If so what map is your selection as you can have the first pick.
Will we stick too 10 players per side like in the GA Ladder on 16 map size ?
Tier 2 unlocks ?
Whose server, would you like to use ours ? As we set our Ranked Server to unranked on Thursdays for Trainning.. however if you have your own unranked we can use that ?

Would you like to have it so we have 2 rounds in a row on the same side before switching sides and then having another 2 rounds on the opposite side in a row ?
Reason why I suggets 2 rounds on the same side is, first round if some kind of tactic has gone wrong or could do with editing, that can be done on round 2 for since we remain on the same side for 2 rounds in a row before switching sides..

Not sure whate else needs to be covered.. Any suggestions/idea's ?

Thursday 22nd sounds great at 8.30pm.
Map to be 16 player Verdun.
Yep, keep it like the GA ladder, 10 per side with tier 2 unlocks for the extra challenge. We can change this later if you like.
We can use your server if you like as we currently just use a GA booked one, although I can book one if you wish.
I agree with two rounds per side to cover any mistakes in a roll out of too also look at alternative strategy options.
I think the only other thing would be just to have the same podding rule as the GA ladder.

That's all I can think of atm, so I'll wait for your confirmation here and I'll go and organise a team.
