Default AusClan says Thank You to TOG!

Hello!

Sorry I do not know where this should be posted.
SO here it is

Little of a delay in the post, just wanted to post here on your forums a Thank You for participating in the Titan Scrim we had the other day!

Was Very enjoyable by both Clans, that was apparent.

Was fantastic, and certainly Titan Mode on scrim mode is a hell of a lot different compared to Pub play, and is how the game mode (Titan Mode) was really designed to be played. Via Clans, scrimming/ladder matches.

The possibilities of strategies in Titan Mode is Huge as is to counter them.
Above ALL it's addictive "FUN" and as much as myself am a competitve player the fun aspect matters highly and in conquest mode ladders/scrims I don't often ever experience the Fun as its very different game and full on and just is that way for myself.
However in Titan Mode the scrim we had, as intense as it was, it was overall alot of Fun and I had a Great time even though was deprived of my Precious gunship Gunning that really gets me excited with challenges of killing my targets with the tv guides. (Thanks for the wolf web) :P

Regardless my Clan Members at AusClan had a Great time, and from the some of the replies on the GameArena forums TOG also equally had a Great time!

Looking forward to future matches in Titan Mode or even Conquest, probably now preferably Titan Mode

p.s anyone need a gunner, for gunship, I'm always happy to be there in it! :P

Thanks very much for the thanks!

Great to hear when a scrim can be that much fun! I'll let the guys in the BF:2142 section know you posted this.

Cheers.

Thanks ShootMePls. As I have mentioned in the PM, a great game, one of the best. We have never had so many posts in our forum on what happened in a single scrim. We already have 15 out of 16 signed up for a scrim on 20th June if you guys are up for it.

Thanks for the scrim guys. That was the most enjoyable scrim I have ever been involved in. When I jumped into that gunners chair with Wolf_Web, I must admit I was a little nervous as I had heard all about your gunning skills with that tv missile. There I was, thinking that we would probably only be in the air for a few seconds at a time.
That game was awesome. Can't wait for the next one!!

Hi ShootMePls....

I would like to add to everyone else's comments and say how much fun it was.... As commander for the rounds, I found it intense, satisfying and it really brought out the commanding element of the game.

As I said in the GA forums, you guy's really pwned us in the first round - it was well played. I could see what was happening but just couldn't respond fast enough.

Second round and a change of strat saw us take the round but not without a well contested and hard fought battle.

Looking forward to the next one very much (family duties permitting ). Seems we've generated some interesting debate in the GA Forums as well which is great for the game.

Thanks to your team, a great bunch

Oh, and always happy to fly for your gunning - I reckon we wracked up a few good kills on the pubs.

That's too bad, Bf2142 doesnt suit everyone as you know.
In Scrim Mode though like on Titan Mode is enormous amount of "fun" it just really is.

Titan Scrimming is New, it's different and it's full on with so many things to do other then the standard conquest style Scrim play.

LOL
Well with tooting my own horn a little, I'm not too bad with the TV Guide. Just depends on the day and pilot and how it all goes I guess.
I must admit I was in envy not being in the Gunner seat with wolf_web due to my pilot having a hard time and frustrating me from doing what I love to do "Gunning" lol.

Same

Little harder for us to front numbers as mid week isnt the best for some of our guys and some of our younger members have school and cannot always attend.

Would you want to go ahead and book the Server for Wednesday ?
And I see how many Members we can come up with ?

Hi there,

I've asked both our 2142 teams and we'll see if we can get the numbers up for a possible match. I'll be in touch.
