If it's COD, then ensure that Punk Buster is enabled, go to multiplayer options & scroll down to the bottom, click "yes" For COD or other games, a PB update can easily be done by visiting PunkBuster Online Countermeasures Hope that helps. |

In fact, for any game with Punkbuster, do a manual update via his link above. Should solve the prob.
