ETQW Scrims with Team Wolverine

Would like to know if you would like to scrim with us.

We enjoy playing QW and have been about since the Beta's.
We like to think that we are a middle of the road team.
Also like to think that we a good bunch of noobs, here for a good time.
Players are all "mature" with an age spread from 20 to 50+.

If you would like to give us a try and see if we would be a suitable partner then we would be happy to join with you.
We have our own server or we can book servers.
We would like to arrange something for next Wednesday (16th Jan) if possible, but we are open to suggestions.

We are always looking for keen scrimmers. I have put your date to the crew and am waiting for responses - not sure how many we can dredge up, but we shuold be good.

Are you looking for a 6v6 ladder-type scrim, or a free for all?

Due to the GA Ladder starting up and a rule set being in place we are keen to try and stick to that, initially.
After a run through using that rule set we will happily consider any alternate match practice.
I think if we get along, and I see no reason not to, then we would be open to any suggestions or variations.

We have a reasonable sized roster as you do, so its also an opportunity for the players that may not make the GA games to get some match practice against good competition.

Hope your team feels that it would be good to join in with us.

If you do get a team together, also let us know a map you want to play and if you want to play on our server.
We normally start at 8:30PM GA to help the WA players we have. This too though can be earlier (a lil bit) or later.

We have had a good response and will have a team for next Wednesday night.

We have a few WA Players as well, so a 9PM start would be great for us. Am still working on map (if you guys have any preferences, I am sure the guys will be open to suggestions, espec. for our first time) and your server will be fine. Will sign up on your 'site today and I can get your details there.

Hi GPaX, TOG's, All...

With the release of patch 1.4 today and being 450Meg not sure what that means in terms of our scrim tonight.

If there are any problems with servers and downloading and such we can reschedule to another night.
We will see what happens tonight I guess.

No problem Pinge - I am sure a few of us will be having the same problem.

I am currently trying to update via Steam and have also downloaded the patch - now trying to work out if applying the patch to a Steam version will kill it or not. Hopefully it will work, 'cause I already have the patch and Steam is being Steam and taking it's time...

Will be on-line tonight, but am guessing we will need to re-schedule. Will let you know....
