HI IM PHIL AND YOU GUYS BANNED ME

i was using voice commands and without warning got kicked
i rejoined and did commands again, i saw the console notice
please do not continue doing it so i stopped after 3 times
i then got banned 15 - 20 seconds later

thankyou for taking deep concern into my appeal

Players are not banned from our servers for no reason. However I'll refer this to the COD2 Captain to investigate. Just hold tight.

A permanent ban will stay for you I am afraid Phil. You make what happened seem so innocent where as those that were there seem to think otherwise !! You have be banned before and were told that if it happens again it will stay that way.

No other option but Permanent BAN

umm yeah... i didnt ask if i had been banned before .... read before you reply.

i said i was banned for reason therefore i shouldnt be banned.
i relise if i did committ something i could get banned but i didnt therefore i must be unbanned

Phil, a small piece of advice...flexing the e-peen here will probably get you nowhere. The first ban should have been warning enough. The warnings you received before the second ban should have given you an idea of where you would end up if you persisted. I think you have been given enough leeway already.

actually coot i had no idea what the the previous "KICK" was before it wasnt a BAN.

As i have said read before you reply... you tog fellas read the first line then reply...

it was a kick and it didnt appear to have any reason why i got kicked only after i had rejoined it said please do not spam the voice thingos...

So i stopped and still got kicked, this is a completely unfair action to take against and should be rethought.
