TKing TOG members??

Hello TOG,
I would like a please explain from your members why they tked my members in 2142 the other night including my self 4 times this was not a mistake in tags ie friend or enemy cos as i said it happen to me 4 times in one game and my other members as well.

Unless you can give me more information than that, I'm afraid there isn't much I can do about it I'm afraid, except to apologise for any perceived misunderstanding.

We at TOG do not condone team killing or cheating, and unless you can provide evidence in the form of screenshots or BR file, then I can't take any action except to reinforce to our members what TOG expects from them when wearing the TOG tags.

If you have any further information, please send it to myself and vulcan21 via PM, and we will follow it up for you.

Thanks for the quick reply we have no br or screen shots cos i was to busy trying to recruit for my clan in game and i had a lot of new trial members in my squad... i though i would just bring it to your attention, i now consider the matter closed unless if the tog members come forward which i do not think will happen lol

Anyways hope this will be a good start to a good friendship between owl clans and when i have a few more members in 2142 i will be back to ask for a friendly war as it stands your member are more than welcome to come in to our vc and Unreal Tournament 3 severs and ts any time cya around and thanks once more.

Hi Forrest,

If I could just add, we have really strict rules for a our division, and would act on such an issue, as Maddog has suggested. Our active members know that.

The problem we face, as a large and popular clan/community, is that there are 2142 players out there that imitate TOG members. We have documented evidence where well known hackers deliberately imitate some of us (I have been a victim of this) and disrupt games and players imitating us.

We also have a few public 2142 noob players who throw our tags on but are not actually in our clan.

So sometimes these players are out there giving us a bad name.

Having said that, we are not angels, and we all need a kick in the bum now and then. Always communicate with our members, and you will quickly work out whether they are fair dinkum or not.
