New site full announcemnt

I am trying to follow the link to the full announcement regarding the new site launch in the Notice Board but my account does not have the appropriate priveledge to view it.
Can someone please tell me why this is.

The announcement is in the TOG member area.

Should you wish to become a full member of TOG please see the details in the new member please read sticky post at the top of the forums. If you meet the criteria and wish to obtain full membership please post up in the Barracks as per the details.

Thanks, but I already did that, In fact. as far as I was aware, I have been a full member for about 3 months.
I posted in th Barracks, confirmed that I had read all the requirements and was approved at that point.

Juza1111,

Good that you pointed that out. You had NOT been TOGgerised and were not a full member of TOG.

I have rectified this situation and you now should be able to view the announcement.

Apologies for this happening, but all sorted now.

You should find that there is a whole lot more to TOG that you have been missing out on.
