myself and a few other fellow team member were playing the other night when bOgan.hellboy recieved a ban without any warning. He was on own titan dropping c4 down top entrance to kill oposition when he was banned.

He was doing this as some tog players and others were claymoring the entrance so as soon as you dropped you where killed. He is only 12 years old and under strict supervision when on computer. I just thought a warning would of been nice if he was doing something wrong as i see this done lots on your server and no other bans for it.

The ban will be reviewed soon, based on the evidence taken at the time of the incident. A decision will be posted in this thread after this review.

Yeah we've seen it, and we know the story :/ As far as I'm aware bOgan.hellboy was outside the titan using a glitch to RDX those inside the vent/galleries, and was banned for that reason.

Never fear, I'll speak to the other division admin, and the DCs, and post up here soon.

The evidence has been reviewed with these conclusions;
-The player was not dropping RDX down the vent entrance.
-The player in question was deliberately using a bounding box glitch to circumvent normal game physics by placing RDX in an area in order to clear it of defenders.
-The player was banned without warning as per our normal procedure. No warning will be given to players taking advantage of a 'game glitch'.

I can assure you that people doing this particular tactic will be permanently banned without warning.

Given the fact that he is quite young, the ban will remain in place for one week under the following conditions;
An apology must be made in this thread and an acknowledgment that he did the wrong thing. Any further similar infractions after this week ban expires will result in the ban being set to permanent status.

As i was the Admin who banned him and i was the one on the receiving end of it 3 times in 2 separate rounds so i took appropriate action. I talked personally to one of the bogan clan members via VoiP straight after the incident and explained he had a permanent ban in place for it and you (or another bogan) did tell me he was only 10-12, i said once he apologized in the Contact tog forums we`d review his ban. I even repeated this to another bogan the next night as well.
So we will wait for an apology. Good thing to have in game footage to review...
