Kick/Ban at 1745hrs today

I've enjoyed playing on the TOG Server, you provide a good range of maps in Titan and Conquest mode but today I haven't been impressed by your server administrators at all.

First of all your admins do not identify themselves by name only the moniker "Admin" which I find a little disconcerting, surely there is no reason to hide who they are?

This morning I saw Blackheart from -a-g- kicked and banned because he rammed someone, granted ramming is something that you state cannot be done on your server but in this case the admin was misinformed or got their facts wrong. I saw the transport Blackheart was in get Emp'd and he was unable to do anything and hit an enemy unit. It was not on purpose and showed the heavy hand of an Admin.

Not ten minutes ago I was kicked/banned for attacking an uncap area in the EU gunship (which I'd stolen in the first place and my squad mate uK| Tix^ had stolen the other later on). Yet the one time I attack a unit where Silo 2 was (in Titan mode) and have to fly on (can't do a 90/180 degree turn) and fire off my remaining missiles and suddenly I'm being banned for attacking an uncap along with TIX^.

I get the impression the admin didn't like the fact we'd stolen the gunships and decided to even the sides, but not knowing who the admin was I can't really say if this was their intention.

Oh and please don't turn your server into something like the L*o*C one with it's seemlingly endless list of Do's and Don'ts (you're not allowed to jihad anymore, what's next now SAAW's (BTW: that would screw 90% of your members if they did that)), let people play the game without having to worry if they've broken a rule.

Edit: Interesting several of the best gunship pilots I know have received bans, do your admins not like competent pilots to fly against, a bit of competition so to speak?

First up neither blackheart or yourself (normanski) are on the ban list. You may have been kicked for not heading an Admins warning for not camping the uncap and not banned.
Also when posting in our forums could you show some respect for our admin team and if you have any personal grievances please feel free to PM Vulcan21 or Maddog2204 our Division Captains.

If you have a complaint to make, please PM the DC's of the 2142 Division outlining the issue. They can take it up from there as outlined in our Contact TOG "Please read this before posting" Sticky post.

They will make a full investigation and provide you with an outcome.
