I found it impossible not to blame myself for our run of losses and I've got no more ideas on how to improve so it's someone else's turn to run the show.

I had heard You can't blame yourself (just blame the wookie like I do)

A couple of us took it very hard after just missing out in making the finals last season after losing a string of matches, some we thought we should have won and with the effort we put in, pracing against tops clans.

Our 2142 division was close to folding, it is hard when some are more serious about the ladder and you have others that are more social. We just have to realise that we will not be in the top 8, as part of ADP is about giving everyone a go, no matter the skill level and how often you play. Which I know is some of the issues you face, having so many in the squad and not having a consistent team.

That's why I can't blame Chewy or anyone else leaving that is more serious wanting to achieve more, was very close myself (TOG awaits me one day ).

I hope you realise you can't carry all the burden on your shoulders Jimmy and would love to see you back and fighting in the Fremen squad again, how else I'm I suppose to knife you again
