Greetings from MVG (Mature Volunteer Group).

I've come over to look at your forums after Stapstick visited our forums talking of a possible clan scrim and/or skirmish. It looks like you have a great thing going here and we are always looking for like minded groups to play with.

As a short introduction, we at MVG are in a smaller yet similar mindset as it appears TOG is. We are almost exclusively a 30+ clan with a few heavily screened and tested exceptions. Most of us range from 30 to 60+ in age. We play the game (Comabt Arms mostly at this point) for fun so have no need or tolerance for cheating of any kind. We mostly play each other or trusted friends (Slapstick mentioned some common friends Ruffsack from P.O.S.T.A.L. and the Gaggle of Noobs guys) in locked rooms but would relish the challange of a clan scrim as well. We are pretty untested in the clan regard so feel free to wipe the floor with us. We'll do our best to give a good match.

As i mentioned in a reply to Slapstick on our forums we get together regularly on Tuesday and Saturday nights at around 9 p.m. CST and would be open to play if you can get together a few players. We usually have between 5-10 players on those nights, ready to go. we are fine with splitting up to make a 4 on 4 or whatever depending on how many we can get for each side.

Hey Dag, thanks for dropping by. I'm trying to kick some life into the CA guys here, but we should be able to come up with 5-10 people as well. I'll post an update on the MVG site when I hear back from more of our people.

Understandable.

We might be able to schedule a common time for the Aussie guys on a weekend or something. We actually have one guy from NZ, but his schedule works out with ours pretty well. We'll see how it works out with the NA guys and maybe we can figure something out.

Heya Dag!! I'm the SL for our US/NA comp team the Gryphons. Slap has a post in our CA forums about a scrim with you guys tomorrow night...so I hope we can get some guys together and get a chance to game with ya's!

You guys sound very similar to what we have going here. We are always looking for friendly clans to scrim and practice with. Feel free to add me in game to your friends list.

Thanks for the games tonight guys. It's always fun to play with other legit good natured guys.

You guys showed us who was boss in the clan match we played at the end...our newness to the whole Bulldog thing showed. We will work on it though so we can give a better battle.

We were short several of our regulars tonight so I apologize for our low turn out, but hopefully we can do it again sometime.

yup had a good time last night as well. Hope we din't run over you guys to much, we tend to travel in large packs...it's a numbers thing to make up for our old age!!!

Well, after a bit of a slow down to do some recruiting. We are back and bigger than ever.

If you would be interested in getting our groups together for some clan matches we would love to do it with fellows like you that we trust.

We have a bunch of new players so we wanted to try to set something up ahead of time and take a week or so to try to plan out predeclared maps and weapons, number of players etc. We should easily be able to provide a full sized 8 person team as our active members are twice that now.

Let me know if there is interest and we can get this thing rolling.
