[BF2142] Complaint

One of our [45TH]- members was banned from your 2142 server today, and when I approached your server admin for a explanation [ Omen ] I was in utter shock with the response I received.
He joined my squad and gave me advice on how the player could appeal the ban of one month for a second a offence or at least reduce it, talked about previous scrims we've had in a professional manner.
Any one that's been on a public server knows you ban for life, use every F word you can, and you certainly don't talk to member's of another clan.
Our respect for another clan has just been doubled.
Get your act together, this just doesn't happen in today's gamming community.

Shimmers, I can understand your frustration, but each and every player who chooses to play on our server abides to the rules we set in place on the splash screen, and streaming in game. These rules are made clear.

Before a ban is put in place, a warning is giving to the specific player unless the offence is deemed to warrant an instant ban.

TOG is one of the most respected gaming communities in the world, and we stand proud with how we engage in each and every game, along with how we present TOG as a whole.

The server admins do make mistakes. We're only human. Whilst on the odd occasion we do make a mistake, we are never wrong and this should be respected. We have run the server with the same rules for the past couple of years and I'm sure the player in question is well aware of this.

Omen I'm sure would of given you firm instructions on how to appeal the ban, but if for some reason at the time you were upset with the decision and didn't listen to what he had to say, I've listed the details below.

This thread was actually a compliment to the TOG server admins at the way their server is run. I have spoken to shimmers on their TS to clarify what the post was about and thank 45th for their kind words.
