Unfair advantage in Lotro

I have a problem with your signing up procedure and in regards to Lotro Division. We in the Misty Mountaineers thought TOG was a kinship of there Own ,not affiliated with OSG Kinship.

So most of what is left of Our active members followed the signup with TheOlderGamers then they got pointed to sign up with OSG kinship. This is where the problem starts to rear its ugly head. So Kinship members in TOG start to Leave Kinship and go searching for the TOG kinship which does not exist ,as they thought OSG was handling applications. So these players are kin less and still waiting for reply from TOG Kinship.

In the meantime MM kinship is now almost non existent with only 13 members as what members we had have left or quit over issues regarding this TOG decision.
The Other Issue is Yurick from OSG tells me a merger or alliance is impossible as they have just recovered from a unstable period ,and any recruiting would could cause instabalities in the their kinship.

But now they have started a recruiting campaign which gives me the impression i am being shafted somewhere. And i am about lose a Kinship that has been around longer than OSG.

To Summarise the 2 points i think should be looked at ;

1) the way older gamers recruits members for kinship's on servers
2) Look at the way these Kinships recruit members ,and not claiming rights for TOG members for each server. It should be left open and not feel that it is compulsory.

Another issue which made me angry is that a member logged into MM website claiming to help our kinship with recruiting using a low lvl character that has not played since 15/10 .I get the feeling OSG are now poaching what players we have left.

What i thought was best for Our Kinship has turned into a MAJOR disaster for me with a feeling i am being bullied by TOG and OSG. This has me feel i NO longer wish to play Lotro permantly.

You have already sent a pm and your concerns are being addressed.

I will forward this post to the administrator looking after your pm to address your comments here, but you should know in ANY of our guilds, tog membership is a pre-requisite. The guild is merely an ingame extension of a gaming community that has over 35,000 members and spans many many games.

I will however explain what TOG is and what it is not. The Older Gamers (TOG) is a community of 35,000 plus members from around the world. We focus on providing a casual and mature atmosphere for our members to enjoy gaming with other mature older players who know what it's like to have a Real Life; i.e. work, family, etc.

TOG has 30 plus Gaming Divisions covering just about every genre of game out there. Our members are free to join any official guilds, squads, kinships, teams etc in any of the Gaming Divisions or they may also choose to play in a non-TOG guild, squad, etc.
