1.40 then,
1.50

otherwise you will get the "Unmodified Content Error" when trying to play NS.

Dont forget seeing as your an old fart like us you can join TOG officially and still be part of AvA and then join us on TeamSpeak so you dont get lonely whenever your playing 2142.

Cheers Omen - just one question left What is Northern Strike, damn I am noob had the game for years and loaded it when it came out on a previous PC then got caught up in other games. Found the disk in a box again.. damn gamearenas links tooo AHHHHHHH!

Email EA and they should help you fairly quickly.
Norhtern Strike was a small expansion/booster pack that costs about $20. But it doesnt run on many servers so you should be able to play without noticing any changes.

Not sure about this, but the BF2 community got all their booster pack addons (Armoured Fury and Euro Forces) for nothing in the last patch (1.50). Talk about ripped off for those of us that bought them!

Did the 2142 1.50 patch come out with the booster pack maps?

nope but the 1.51 patch is due out soon thou...
