APp to Join - AION

Hi guys

Little confused as I've seen TOG in Aion but nothing about it seems to be on your site. Hoping you're taking apps to join.

I'm 31 y/o female, live in Canberra, Australia. I play on the Nezekan server and am a total Aion noob. I have a 10 Ranger and a 10(11?) Chanter, started playing this week after FINALLY getting a new box.

I played EQ1 for about 4 years with Wreckers, and EQ2 with Gloryhunters and then Aurora Noctum. I was also a guide on EQ2 for about 2 years.

I'm looking for a guild that will let me level slowly to learn the game and isn't in a rush to raid. I'm a keen raider, but not until I get the game and understand my toon's role in a group/raid scenario.

I'll be online in Aion most of the weekend on Siyani (chanter) or possibly Selfeya (Ranger).

The forums for each Division (including Aion) are only open to full TOG members. To become one of them you have to tick the appropriate boxes on your profile (declaring that you are over 25 and agree to the AUP etc) and then post a quick intro in The Barracks. A moderator will then process your application

Always plenty of room in the legions for another member, so jump on down to our Divisions subforum when the mods approve your membership and we will get you sorted out.

To go over it simply, The Older Gamers is the parent organisation for all the games that we in TOG play. Aion is just one of the divisions that we have and that Division represents us in that particular game.

Unlike other clans and guilds in many games which are specific to that one game we cover many games with the one social group that is TOG.

This does make it a little 'different' to applying for most in game Clans/Guilds because you have to apply for membership to TOG first.. However once you have applied and been accepted into TOG you have access to every game we play and if you wish to wear our tags in those games all you need to do then is to go to the appropriate divisional forum and post there in whatever invite thread / mechanism that division supports.
