Interest in CoD:WaW Vietnam Fun?

Hey TOGgers Haven't been 'round these parts for a while but we were sayin' to each other over at OLDr! that it might be fun to see if TOG would like to have a fun night playin' the Vietnam mod on our WaW server some time in the near future.

So here I am askin' it of yez Obviously a favoured night would be where we could have a few drinks and jump on our TS for some laughs as we do too, so prolly a Friday night? We're open to suggestions though if there's enough interest here. Just let us know if ya would.

If you haven't already played the Vietnam mod you don't know what you're missing Jump on our server anytime with your downloads on as they're all new maps (some are oldies with a do over) and see what ya think. Anyhow, we'll await your reply either here or over at www.onlinedawdlers.com.au

I'll be there Fez....dont mind the game, even though I'm very poorly at it.

We're trying to ramp up some interest in WaW....it and others in the series have been taking a bit of a beating since Black Poops has come out, and alot of players have been moving to that, which is an understandably natural progression. But there's still a good number of players for the older CoD games, as COD2 will indicate.

If you still have access to the Call of Duty forums, I would say head there and pop up a message

WaW like some other COD games has had the usual casualties from new release games * cough cough, Black Poops, cough * ...but as we do, there's a few COD2 players that enjoy the "older" COD games and stand by them as others make the pilgrimage to newer versions.

There's a move to reignite the interest in WaW, and keep it going strong like our little COD2 server, which considering the age, still sees good numbers of players getting into COD2.

But yes, whence I get the chance I will post up and shoot off a few dozen emails and see if we can get a bunch of us to have a battle with you guys soon
