I think it may be PB, one thing I did see is :
PnkBstrA running
PnkBstrB not running, not stating up, may be doing it ?

try the update.
did a full uninstall and reinstall of PB.
also delete the PB folder and reinstall PB.

when I do a test to see if its all working, comes up saying one or more test failed. some things not right in pb some where.

If you want I can copy the PB info ?

you are being punkbusted because PB bans has detected a hack program on your computer, you will have to deal with them directly, please use PMs to myself or horselancer for this issue, we cannot help you at present because it is a global ban from PB and not a server ban from us.
