Good lord this game is pretty! I spent hours just wandering around shooting KPA having a great time. My settings are only on medium, no AA, 1280x1024, 64bit & Dx10 (fps 30-60 depending on gameplay) but the walk up to the caves along the creek was gobsmaking... found a turtle too

Butterflies, feathers floating in the air when you toss a chook, splashes of water on my mask under the waterfall etc etc.

(Config: Q6600, 4GbRAM 800 4-4-12, 8800gts 320mb, Vista HP 64bit, nvidia 163.75)

Any way GA have 3 servers and I hope to push for more. Might see if i can tweak a few and see if we can get some wicked setups happeing.

Thoughts on server setup

Oh and it looks like we can mix game modes

What a really, really great game.
The story line isn't as good as, say, HL2 or STALKER, (haven't played bioshock) but the graphics and challenges are terrific.

Well worth the money

Spoilers in white:

Loved every map. Inside the alien mountain was great, a little confusing but eye candy was good. Vine, I agree with your special effects in movies comparison but I think trekking up the mountain side before entering the caves, the banana plantation, the tank battle were my favourites. It's also a game where I really enjoyed the cut scenes. I reckon Prophet has been taken over by the bad guys... the scene in the armoury on-board the aircraft carrier had some telling dialogue...

Well ... I just haven't been able to get myself in to it yet. It annoys me that I can't put the graphics up very high on my machine so I've been doing lots of tweaking to try and get playable framerates ...

I still haven't completed the portion of the game from the demo ...

Yep Its a Great lookin Game. A Couple of Bugs here and there but overall good
