Yep, agree here too. MP was a huge letdown for me. Such high hopes!

Plenty of good ideas, just poorly implemented in my opinion. I'm hoping to see some good solid and innovative mods come out of it though.

The mp always looked weak to me, I haven't tried it out though wanted to finish the sp first. I've been enjoying it so far, except the aliens. There brief appearances (the squad leader was just whisked off by one) look wrong. The rest of the game looks fairly realistic (even on my abysmally low settings) but the aliens look and sound like something from 15yrs ago.

Well i'm sorry to say that you haven't reached the "big" let down yet... Enjoy these levels while you can. Just be ready because once you go underground the fun kinda dries up for a while... That being said though, i really enjoyed the bit after it so don't lose heart mate, battle on through the lameness!! LOL... oh and don't hurry to get into the mp, it's worth a play but only just to realise what it "could" have been. Great ideas, poor implementation.

Woot! Much more enjoyable without the cloak!
I've been playing very slowly, stalking and sneaking and hiding and picking off silly bots to my hearts content over the last week or so.
Really really enjoying it. Just finished the Harbour and getting ready for some tank fun.

Just played through the tank section... is there any zoom in the tanks?? I found it really hard to spot people firing at me from miles away... Had to jump out, bino them, then spray n pray! I guess I missed something there.

Dang... up to the mine shaft. That's where we enter the alien spaceship thingy... it's also where the game ends for me. I liked it first time around, but I couldn't do it again.

I haven't been playing at all either, first it was waiting for the new rig, and now it's getting my profile swapped over to the new rig.
