Local Servers!

ANZ3 and ANZ4 are on reverse timezone, as of last night.

So 8PM on ANZ1 and ANZ2 (Which is running AEST, or +10GMT), is actually 8AM on ANZ3 and ANZ4.

This means all the lads getting home in the afternoon can stay up late and play DayZ and not NightZ. It also makes it easier to shut down these servers during off-peak times as most players won't want to play on it during the dark (which is early morning, when player numbers are at their lowest too).

Couldn't join you guys as I kept getting repeat 'waiting for host' or ' waiting for server response'.
Did a validation of steam game files and admittedly there were 2 files stuffed. That said, I attempted to reconnect again, and still no joy.

Just as a request, could we we populate a server with more slots available? I'm all for small pings, so there should be more than enough AUNZ servers available on a TS night.

My character died by bandits at a dear hut and I am pissed

I had him alive for quite some time and had some good gear.

I hope you managed to put up a fight! I hate it when they suprise me and I do not get a chance to at least give 'em the old one two.. :(
