I really hope all server admins use this setting.

Dropping items in water is a bit dumb. It's like they want to "balance" swimming. But swimming is not some sort of awesome advantage that needs a counter balance. No one spends time deciding "hrm should i use this tactical maneuver that will cost me or be risky ...OR SHOULD I SWIM FOR IT" so it's kinda pointless to have a further disadvantage to the already negative option of swimming.
