When you see the web address, simply copy the text after "v=".

Example:

To display this youtube vid:

"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6CXNyddP9w&feature=g-all-f%29"

You would copy the red text and simply wrap the Youtube tags (click the little Youtube symbol at the top right of your edit screen) around it to look like this:

YOUTUBE]d6CXNyddP9w[/YOUTUBE

(Note that I have deliberately left out the first and last brackets [ & ] to display the code only).

The result is this:
