Tired
Default Broken Bone from logging in

So I managed to get a few things, including an ALICE pack and a bunch of tools, logged out near Elecktro feeling ready to survive.

Logged in the next day and found I was in some random forest (I am assuming debug forest). Not wanting to lose all my nice goodies I whipped out the compass and headed east until I came across a town, still feeling good about my situation, so I took a break.

Came back a couple of hours later logged in and now suddenly I have a broken bone icon and can only crawl around, there was nothing around me when i logged off and I haven't lost any health. Of course I haven't got any morphine since I haven't visted a hospital yet.

Now the only time I've had a broken bone before is when I accidently fell out of a deerstand and i spent the next 10 mins or so crawling around until suddenly the broken bone dissapeared.

So I guess I'm asking, will it heal itself like the other time or am I basically screwed?

Cheers

ah well I figured as much, was hoping that the deer stand incident wasn't just a fluke. mmm looks like i have a long crawl or a short respawn ahead of me.

Its likely the deer hunting stand was the shock icon looks like 2 bones pushed together rather then then broken bone itself. Shock will heal by itself over time. but the shaking associated with it needs pain killers.

You're a togger. Get on TS, ask for a morph stick and/or a ride somewhere and a hand to get one. Bugger long crawls and needless deaths.

And always carry 2 morphs and 2 bandages in future. One for you, one for TOG. If you don't have them due to a recent respawn like you, that's different. That's why most of us carry two. Excrement occurs.

The shock icon is two power leads being pulled apart.

Still getting the hang of things, but I'll remember to search out the morphine and keep em handy and I'll hit up TS when I have some spare time and see if I can organise a saviour

I'm pretty sure the deerstand incident was the same icon as I have now, looks like a broken bone and I don't remember any shaking, though I could have been mistaken, but reading up on the status effects it does sound a lot like it was just shock.
