With regards to voice chat, as ohio.medic suggests, simply create a temporary channel in TS (these channels vanish when there are no longer anyone in them). It is up to you if you want to password them or not.

Pinkeh, I think you got the wrong month there. I believe the show launches 2 weeks AFTER the game launches. Because in the game, you have the main story-line missions that lead up to the 2 main characters leaving the game on their journey to Chicago (now named Defiance). That trip takes 2 weeks to cross the USA made up of destroyed landscape.

FYI, 11 people and I attended a 3-day event at the TRION San Diego Studio. I thought I would be the only TOG member there but it seems another participant is also a TOG member. So we double-teamed on informing TRION just who & what TOG was all about! -)

Unfortunately, I had to sign a written official NDA before I could do/see anything at TRION. So I can't say what I did, the names of the other people attending the event, what the event was about, what I saw, whom I talked to, or anything like that.

I can say that they spoiled us, fed us too much food (I gained 5 lbs in 3 days!), answered most of our questions, and were genuinely interested in us being there & enjoyed our interest in their game.

Once-in-a-lifetime event... actually I am hoping for more of the same in the future... I wonder how many kegs of beer they like to drink, hmmm....??? -)
